Our offer

In addition to our four-monthly DSG platform meetings, where we inspire each other through guest speakers, best practices and rounds of conversations with like-minded people from different divisions, we have several talents who are eager to share their expertise and dialogue with organizations about the current and the desired leadership style. Services/Products

  • Intervision / Mentorship.
  • Develop and propagate new models and applications of DSG leadership. For example, the DBC model: diagnosis-treatment combination. Conflicts that occur within an organization are often symptoms of an underlying problem – which requires a diagnosis (per indication area). Only when you have the diagnosis can you begin treatment – first by choosing which treatment fits the diagnosis. Sometimes that is a leadership trajectory (for which type of diagnosis?).
  • Self-care and reflection of leaders.
  • Facilitator and moderator of good conversation between leaders and employees.
  • Coaching on the role of leaders.
  • Organizing network meetings for trainees and people in their 20s/30s in the organization: What kind of leader are you looking for – binding and captivating.
