The beginning

On March 17, 2022, the first DSG meeting took place at Panama Beach in Scheveningen. Since then, we have been scrutinising the triad of leadership, vitality and work pressure: which role does each of these three elements play in the well-being of people and organisations? For years, almost every employee satisfaction survey has shown: the workload is too much. Every year the employees absence in the Netherlands equals 11 million days.[1] Pressure at work and work related stress are high on the list of organisational challenges[2]. We ask ourselves why a solution for this problem is still not in sight. We want to embrace the challenge of increasing vitality in and out organisations. DSG wants to help leaders and organisations NOW.
